Ms. Canavan joined Simon Quick in June of 2015 and is a member of the Investments Team. Paige is responsible for monitoring existing investments both from a quantitative and qualitative perspective across traditional equity, fixed income and alternative strategies. Additionally, she participates in manager due diligence calls and visits on a regular basis. Paige is also responsible for analyzing new investment opportunities. Prior to joining the Investment Research Team, Paige was an analyst on the Client Advisory team and spent six months in the Simon Quick Analyst Training Program.
Ms. Canavan graduated Cum Laude from Fairfield University in May of 2014 with a B.S. in Finance. She spent her entire junior year studying at The London School of Economics and Political Science in London, UK. She is a CAIA charterholder since 2018 and member of the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association. While at Fairfield, she was the Logistics Chair for St. Jude’ Up ‘til Dawn, a fundraiser for the children’s research hospital.
Analyst
Ms. Cuffy joined Simon Quick in June of 2022 as a member of the Investments Team. Ms. Cuffy works alongside her team to fulfill market research and conduct investment and operational due diligence. She is responsible for a list of active investments across asset types and actively monitors and disseminates performance. Additionally, Ms. Cuffy participates in Investment Committee calls, as well as meetings with potential and existing managers. Elaina is also a member of the firm’s DEI Committee which aims to foster an environment of inclusion and promote diversity in the workplace.
Ms. Cuffy graduated Summa Cum Laude from Drew University in May of 2022 with a Master of Science in Finance Degree and received the 2022 Dean’s Award for academic excellence for being top of her class. Ms. Cuffy also completed her undergraduate degree at Drew, a year early, in 2020 as a double major in Business and Spanish. During her collegiate experience she completed two independent studies on the Bahamian economy, studied abroad in Spain, spent a semester on Wall Street, learned to speak Spanish, and became a member of the Economics (Omicron Delta Epsilon) and Spanish (Sigma Delta Pi- Omicron Gamma) honor societies.
In her free time Ms. Cuffy enjoys hiking, hot yoga, and teaching judo to young kids (she is a black belt).
Vice President / Senior Trader
Mr. Jedziniak has been a member of the Investments Team at Simon Quick since January 2023. He is responsible for the firm’s trading activity while managing the trading processes and policies. Mr. Jedziniak is also responsible for developing and maintaining the firm’s custodial relationships.
Previously, Mr. Jedziniak was a member of the Operations team since starting in May 2014, when he joined Simon Quick on a full-time basis. He was responsible for daily trading activity, custodial relationship management, cybersecurity, and compliance. Prior to joining Simon Quick, Mr. Jedziniak worked for a logistics management company. There, he gained exposure to all levels of financial analysis and accounting. In 2017 he successfully completed the Center for Fiduciary Studies Program to earn the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designation.
Mr. Jedziniak graduated from York College of Pennsylvania in the spring of 2012 with a B.S. in Finance and a minor in Economics. While at York College, Mr. Jedziniak helped to found the fraternity Kappa Delta Phi, where he served as Vice President for two years. He also was a Captain for the Relay for Life in 2010 and 2011. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, CrossFit, reading, and cooking.

Analyst
Mr. Krishnan started with Simon Quick Advisors in February 2021, following his graduation from Johns Hopkins University. As an analyst on the Investments Team, Taran conducts quantitative and qualitative due diligence on current and potential investments. Taran helps the research team to execute top-down analysis of a variety of asset classes and investments, including equities, fixed income, and alternative strategies. He participates in calls with potential and existing managers and monitors the performance of current investments as well as the general market. Additionally, Taran is a member of the Employee Experience Committee which aims to continuously improve the experience employees of the firm have at Simon Quick.
At Johns Hopkins University, Taran received a bachelor's degree in International Studies and Economics with a minor in Financial Economics. On campus, Mr. Krishnan was a member of the Marshal L. Salant Investment Team; a student-run investment fund that supported the Johns Hopkins endowment and financial aid fund. Taran was also programming chair of the Milton S. Eisenhower Symposium, an organization that brought notable speakers such as Bernie Sanders, Hasan Minhaj, and Jim Acosta to the Hopkins campus. Taran was a member of intramural soccer and futsal teams, and he still enjoys playing and watching soccer in his free team.
Vice President
Mr. Loughry joined Simon Quick in the summer of 2018 following his graduation from St. Bonaventure University. As a Vice President on the Investments Research team, he is responsible for the monitoring of previous investments, as well as quantitative, qualitative, and operational due diligence on a variety of new investment opportunities. AJ frequently participates in meetings and calls with prospective and existing managers. Lastly, Mr. Loughry is a member of the Hiring Committee, where he helps to identify and interview new talent for the firm.
At St. Bonaventure University AJ received bachelor degrees in Finance and Accounting, graduating Summa Cum Laude. During his time at St. Bonaventure, AJ was a manager of SIMM, a student-run investment fund with a portfolio of over $300,000. Mr. Loughry was also involved with two service organizations on campus, Bona Responds and Bona Buddies. Lastly AJ played on his school’s club basketball team, and still enjoys playing in his free time today.

Chris is a Managing Partner of Simon Quick Advisors. He joined the firm in 2004 as the third employee. Today, he sits on the firm's Management, Operating, and Investment Committees where he provides guidance on the firm’s overall vision and strategy. He works closely with clients to develop financial plans and multi-asset class portfolios and has extensive experience in estate, retirement, insurance, tax, charitable, and investment planning.
Chris graduated with a BA from the College of the Holy Cross where he majored in Mathematics and minored in Computer Science. He became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ in 2006 before going on to earn his MBA from Columbia Business School with a focus in finance and investments. Chris serves as an Advisory Board Member for Bow River Capital Partners, a private equity firm based out of Denver, CO, and he is a Board Member of the NJ chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), one of the world’s premier leadership organizations. He has appeared as a guest on CNBC’s Squawk Box and has been interviewed by Bloomberg, The Wall Street Journal, and The New York Times. In 2017, Chris was named a 40 Under 40 award winner by NJBIZ as one of the best and brightest of the Garden State’s next generation of business leaders. Most recently, he became an Investor In Residence for the Benjamin Graham Value Investing Program at the UCLA Department of Economics.
He and his wife, Blair, reside in Ridgewood, NJ and have three children. He enjoys coaching sports, traveling, hiking, and golf.

Mr. Quick founded Simon Quick in 2004. He began his career in 1975 as the fourth employee of Quick and Reilly Inc., the first New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) member to offer discount stock brokerage to the investing public. During his 28 years with the firm, he served in many capacities. He was a key member of the management team that built the branch network, started and grew a major clearing firm, acquired and ran a major NASDAQ market making firm, made many acquisitions of NYSE specialist firms and built one of the industry’s first electronic internet trading platforms. Mr. Quick was the company liaison for Quick and Reilly in 1983 when it offered stock to the public and became listed on the NYSE. Mr. Quick completed his tenure as Chairman of Fleet Securities, Inc. in 2003 after Fleet Bank had acquired Quick and Reilly Group, Inc. in 1998.
Mr. Quick has served on many industry boards and committees, including the NYSE Hearing Board, the Board of Governors of the Chicago Stock Exchange, the Board of Directors of the Securities Industry Association and District Committee #10 of the NASD. Currently, Mr. Quick is Chairman of the board for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Hudson, Essex & Union Counties, he also serves on the boards of the Bishop's Finance Council for the Diocese of Metuchen and the Finance Council for Our Lady of Perpetual Help. He serves on the Investment Committees for the Diocese of Metuchen, St. Mary's Abbey/Delbarton, and the Franciscan Friars of the Holy Name Province. He also served as the Chairman of the Campaign for the Heart at Morristown Memorial Hospital and is a Trustee for the Foundation for Morristown Medical Center. Mr. Quick sits on the Order Friar Minors Finance Committee in Rome, Italy and St. Patrick's Cathedral in New York City. He served on the Board of Trustees for St. Bonaventure University for 25 years and was named a Trustee Emeritus in 2015.
Mr. Quick earned a BBA in Finance from St. Bonaventure University, which awarded him an honorary doctorate degree. He is a recipient of the Ellis Island Medal of Honor and the Flame of Charity's Man of the Year award.

Mr. Peter Simon became a partner at Simon Quick in 2017. Prior to that, Peter Simon co-founded William E. Simon & Sons, LLC along with his late father, former Treasury Secretary William E. Simon, and his brother, William E. Simon, Jr., in 1988. He currently serves as Co-Chairman of the Firm and The William E. Simon Foundation.
Peter Simon was previously employed by Kidder Peabody in New York City from 1975 – 1988. At Kidder Peabody, he rose to Managing Director in the Convertible Securities Department. During his time at Kidder Peabody, he was part of the Institutional Equity Trading Department specializing in convertible securities. The department established themselves as a leading underwriter and market maker in convertible securities. It also developed one of the first research products focused on converts. Peter Simon earned a BA in Psychology from Lafayette College and also attended NYU’s Graduate School of Business.
Currently, Mr. Simon is an emeritus member of the Board of Trustees at Lafayette College. At the University of Rochester, he is an emeritus member of the Executive Advisory Committee at The William E. Simon School of Business. At the present time, he is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Richard Nixon Foundation. He is Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Arnold and Mabel Beckman Foundation, a member of the New Vernon Cemetery Association Board of Trustees and a provisional member of the Charles Hayden Foundation. In all of these Board roles, he has been Chair of their Investment Committee. Peter also serves as a Lector at Christ the King Church in New Vernon.
Past philanthropic commitments include: an appointed member of the New Jersey State Board of Education, Chairman of the Foundation for Morristown Medical Center, the Alliance for School Choice Board of Trustees, the Gladney Center Board of Trustees, the National Council for Adoption Board of Trustees, and the Peck School Board of Trustees. He was also a past member of the Covenant House New Jersey Board of Directors.

Wayne Yi is the Chief Investment Officer and a member of the Simon Quick Investment Committee. He sits on the Operating Committee which is responsible for executing on Simon Quick’s vision and strategy. Mr. Yi is also a member of the firm’s DEI Committee which aims to foster an environment of inclusion and promote diversity in the workplace. He leads the firm effort on all market research and manager diligence across traditional equity and fixed income strategies as well as in alternatives, including hedge funds and private equity allocations. Prior to joining the firm, Wayne was a Co-Portfolio Manager and member of the Investment Committee for SAIL Advisors, a hedge fund investment firm headquartered in Hong Kong. He also served as the senior analyst for their Credit and Event-Driven strategies. Prior to SAIL, Wayne was the Sector Head for Credit and Event-Driven strategies at Robeco-Sage, a hedge fund investment firm based in New York. Wayne started his career in investing at Delaware Investments as a Research Analyst for high yield and investment grade bonds across various industries. He then joined Goldman Sachs’ Investment Research department where he was the Senior Analyst covering high yield bonds in the Technology sector. Wayne is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania where he received a B.A. in Economics and in International Relations. Wayne is a CFA charterholder.
