Graydon Rogers, MBA

Mr. Rogers joined Simon Quick in February 2026 and serves as an Analyst in the Client Training Program, where he is gaining a comprehensive understanding of the firm’s operations and departmental functions. During the summer and fall of 2025, he interned at Simon Quick, supporting client advisory, operations, and investment research.  

Prior to joining Simon Quick, Graydon worked for Vision Creative Group, a New Jersey-based marketing agency. His primary responsibilities included assisting with brand strategy campaigns, supporting the account executive team, conducting research to inform marketing initiatives, and contributing to sales efforts.  

Graydon graduated from Elizabethtown College in 2021 with a B.S. in Marketing: Advertising and Promotional Management, where he was a dual-sport athlete on the men’s soccer and track and field teams. In January of 2026, he earned his MBA in Finance from Montclair State University. Graydon remains actively involved in his alma mater, serving as a volunteer for the Blue Jay Athletic Association Board. He also volunteers on the New Jersey Land Conservancy Finance Committee. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf and soccer, and is an avid fan of the New York Giants, Yankees, and Liverpool Football Club.
