Jessica Nardin, FPQP®

Ms. Nardin joined Simon Quick in December 2020 and currently serves as a Senior Client Service Associate. Her primary responsibilities include overseeing client onboardings, executing investment documents, and coordinating money movements. Serving as a key point of contact, Jessica gives clients personalized attention, addresses client inquiries, and executes complex transactions while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. As a Senior Client Service Associate, Jessica takes on responsibilities aligned with the organization’s goals and values, often working with custodians, investment managers, and other groups to streamline and consolidate processes to deliver the best possible client experience.

Ms. Nardin sits on Simon Quick’s Women@SQ committee, a group of women employees dedicated to supporting and enhancing the personal and professional lives of our women clients and employees. She also co-leads the Tax Coordination Team, which provides clients and their CPAs with timely coordination and organization of tax documents. In addition, she is a member of the Onboarding Committee, focused on enhancing the client onboarding experience and creating thoughtful welcome moments for new clients.

Before joining Simon Quick, Ms. Nardin served as a branch manager for M&T Bank. There, she gained invaluable experience in customer service while working with small business owners and conducting customer onboardings.

Ms. Nardin received her B.A. in International Business and Management from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. While at Dickinson, she played Division III softball and studied abroad in Bologna, Italy. She received the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional™ designation from the College for Financial Planning in August 2022. Jessica enjoys coaching softball for her high school team, skiing, and traveling in her spare time.
