Jenna Morr, CFA

Ms. Morr joined Simon Quick in 2013 and became a Principal of the firm in 2019. Jenna started her career on the Investments side of the business before recognizing a passion and skillset for business and talent management. Today, Jenna is Simon Quick’s Head of People & Operations. Jenna is a member of Simon Quick’s Executive Committee which serves as the principle governing body responsible for key aspects of the firm’s vision, mission, strategy, and operations. As the committee’s Secretary, she ensures the executive team priorities appropriately, stays organized, and remains accountable to the firm’s goals and objectives.

In her role, Jenna oversees the firm’s operations, ensuring we have a strong foundation for growth and scalability. Jenna focuses on driving efficiency, implementing best-in-class processes and procedures, and fostering seamless project and change management. She prioritize cross-departmental collaboration to enhance both our internal operations and client experience. Her oversight includes performance reporting, technology, administration, and HR, and she is responsible for ensuring the firm’s day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Jenna leads the firm’s human capital strategy with responsibilities including leadership development, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, organizational culture, employee relations and communication, learning & development, HR technology and analytics, and employee well-being. Additionally, she is integral in strategic opportunity implementation for the firm. Jenna brings a data-centric lens to decision-making around people. Prior to joining full-time, Jenna interned for Simon Quick in the summer of 2012. Jenna became a CFA® Charterholder in 2017 and is a member of the CFA Institute. Jenna graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in May of 2013 with a B.S in Mathematics and a Minor in Economics. Jenna graduated from Columbia University with a M.S in Human Capital Management in August 2024.
