Nicolette Davino, SHRM-CP

Ms. Davino joined Simon Quick Advisors in June 2023 and currently serves as Human Resources Manager, leading the firm’s HR function. In this role, she oversees payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, performance processes, and employee engagement initiatives. She partners closely with firm leadership to support organizational growth, enhance the employee experience, and ensure HR programs align with the firm’s values and strategic goals.

Nicolette is an active member of the Inclusive Engagement Committee, which focuses on fostering an inclusive workplace by building awareness, encouraging meaningful dialogue, and creating opportunities for connection. Through this work, the committee leverages the diverse perspectives and experiences of employees to strengthen collaboration, drive innovation, and better serve clients.

Prior to joining Simon Quick, Nicolette held a Human Resources Generalist role at a medical device company specializing in the histology and pathology lab industry. There, she gained hands-on experience managing the full employee life cycle, supporting recruitment efforts, and administering a wide range of HR programs. Earlier in her career, she served as a Human Resources Assistant at Embassy Suites, where she built a strong foundation in payroll administration, employment law, benefits, and employee engagement.

Nicolette is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and holds a B.A. in Business Management from Montclair State University. She previously served as an ambassador for Give Kids the World. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and maintaining an active lifestyle with a strong focus on fitness and overall well-being.
