Biography

Justin Discolo joined Simon Quick in February 2025 as a Vice President of Investments, responsible for manager due diligence and sourcing across public and private investment strategies.  Additionally, Mr. Discolo conducts market and macroeconomic research to support the asset allocation framework of the Firm.

Prior to joining Simon Quick, Mr. Discolo was Portfolio Manager and trader on the U.S. Fixed Income team at Fiera Capital, where his primary focus was conducting sector relative value analysis, yield curve analysis, and security selection. He also traded corporate and government bonds for client portfolios. Mr. Discolo was a member of the US Fixed Income Committee.  Previously, he provided research support for alternative investment strategies and served on the Liquid Alternatives Investment Committee.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Discolo worked as research analyst at The Archstone Partnership where he was responsible for manager due diligence and sourcing for several hedge fund of funds portfolios. He began his career at Larch Lane Advisors as a research analyst where he supported the hedge fund research effort of the investment team.

Mr. Discolo holds a B.S. in Business Administration from West Virginia University.  He is also a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Society of New York.
