Our Team
Analyst
Carlos Acevedo joined Simon Quick in March of 2022 as a temp employee and was hired as a full time Analyst in the Operations team as of February of 2023. Mr. Acevedo is responsible for client statements, document management, and monitoring transactions on a daily basis. He also assists with historical conversions, client onboardings and other alternative investment projects.
Prior to Simon Quick, Mr. Acevedo worked at JP Morgan Chase as an Associate Banker. His responsibilities included helping customers meet their consumer banking and investment goals, exchanging foreign currency and aiding customers with maintenance issues with accounts.
In May of 2021 Carlos received his MBA from Ramapo College of New Jersey. His master’s in business administration with a concentration in data analytics enabled him to learn skills such as data visualization. In his spare time, he enjoys time with family and a multitude of active hobbies, such as boxing, weightlifting and traveling.
Analyst
Mr. Ayala joined Simon Quick in May 2022. He is currently a Technology Analyst. His responsibilities include assisting in the administration of the firm’s CRM software, handling internal technical support requests, and exploring new technologies for the firm to adopt. Brandon sits on the firm’s DEI Committee which aims to foster an environment of inclusion and promote diversity in the workplace.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Ayala completed a technology internship in 2021. Additionally, he completed an intensive Cyber Security bootcamp at Fullstack Academy in May of 2022. This covered everything from the basics of networking to various coding languages, to how to facilitate a firm’s recovery after cyber-attack.
Mr. Ayala attended Temple University (Class of 2020) and majored in Management Information Systems. During his time in college, he volunteered with various organizations such as Big Brother Big Sisters. In his spare time, he likes to go hiking, travel, and learn new languages.
Executive Assistant
Ms. Balloutine joined Simon Quick in 2018, bringing with her over 30 years of experience in office management and executive assistance in corporate, nonprofit, and financial services industries. As the executive assistant to several of the firm’s managing partners, Jackie is responsible for a full range of executive support services. Additionally, she is a member of the Employee Experience Committee which aims to continuously improve the experience employees of the firm have at Simon Quick.
Ms. Balloutine began her career as a project manager at Sprint Corporate, responsible for the installation and upgrading of cell sites throughout the Northeast. She also served as the executive assistant to the former CEO/President of UBS PaineWebber and Chairman of the Homeland Security Advisory Council, appointed by President Bush. Jackie also served as the office administrator to one of New Jersey’s most successful 4 star restaurants, organizing all media for major television, cable, print and radio, including appearances with Jet Set Sports at four Olympic Games.
Jackie graduated Magna cum Laude, with a degree from Montclair State University in Speech Communications and minor in Pre-Law. Outside of work, Jackie enjoys working out, is an avid reader and podcast devotee, and enjoys volunteering with organizations like The Community Soup Kitchen of Morristown and NJ Heartworks. She is devoted to spending time with and raising her two very funny sons and loves time with family and friends.
Vice President
Belinda joined Simon Quick in January of 2018 as a senior accountant. She has extensive experience providing various accounting services for high-net-worth individuals. She is responsible for account reconciliations, accounts receivable, accounts payable and daily accounting transactions. She also provides financial statements for entities and foundations.
Prior to joining Simon Quick, Belinda spent nine years as a senior accountant at a small CPA firm in Pennsylvania and three years as a senior accountant at a CPA firm in Hackensack, New Jersey. There, she worked on general ledger accounting, financial statements and tax returns for individuals and their related entities. She also spent a year at a family office in New York City where she provided general accounting and tax services for a high-net-worth family.
Belinda graduated from Moravian College with a B.B.A. in Accounting. In her leisure time, Belinda enjoys traveling, tennis and music.
Analyst
Mr. Beeby joined Simon Quick Advisors in July 2023 after graduating from The University of Delaware in May 2022. Tommy is currently an Analyst on the firm’s Client Advisory team, where he assists in providing high-net-worth clients with investment and financial planning strategies.
Prior to joining Simon Quick, Mr. Beeby completed Fundamental Credit and Corporate Structured Credit Internships at Magnetar Capital LLC. During his internships, Mr. Beeby learned about the firm’s research and investment strategies and completed investment due diligence work for the investment team.
Tommy graduated from the University of Delaware in May 2022 with a B.S. in Finance and minor in economics. He then continued his education at Delaware, earning a master’s degree in international business from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics in November 2023. During his Undergraduate years, he played on the D-1 lacrosse team and earned multiple CAA All-Academic honors. He was also a volunteer member of the team’s coaching staff, serving as the Head of Alumni Relations and Player Career Development while earning his master’s degree. Tommy grew up in Westchester, NY and in his spare time enjoys the beach, golf, working out, and is an avid New York Sports Fan.
Managing Partner
Mr. Belfatto is a Managing Partner at Simon Quick and is responsible for client relationship management and new business development. He also spends time focused on the firm’s strategic growth initiatives. He is a member of the firm’s Management Committee and serves as the Senior Relationship Manager on a number of individual, endowment, and foundation client accounts.
Mr. Belfatto joined Simon Quick as a partner in 2007, after a 23-year career on Wall Street. He began his career in institutional sales at Merrill Lynch in 1984. During his seventeen years at the firm, he held various positions in sales, sales management, and capital markets, including Global Head of Convertible Bond Sales, Global Head of Equity Sales, and Global Head of Fixed Income Sales.
Mr. Belfatto joined HSBC in 2002 as Head of Sales for the Americas, during which time he played a key role in the build-out of the sales organization across products in Canada, Latin and South America, and the US. In 2005 he became the Global Head of Equities, based in London and New York and in 2007 assumed responsibility for the Global Markets business in the Americas, which included sales, trading, capital markets, and risk management across equities, fixed income, commodities, foreign exchange, futures, and derivatives. He was a Senior Executive Vice President at HSBC and served as a member of the Executive Committee for Corporate, Investment Banking, and Markets.
Mr. Belfatto graduated from Seton Hall University summa cum laude with a major in Economics and received a Master’s in Business Administration from Harvard Business School. He has served on the Planning Board in Summit, NJ, the Board of Trustees of the Susan G. Komen for the Cure North Jersey Affiliate, Cornelia Connelly Center, Oak Knoll School of the Holy Child, and the North Jersey Affiliate of the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation.

Director, Southeast / Client Advisor
Ms. Bell joined Simon Quick in 2018, extending the firm’s reach to the Southeast by opening an office in Chattanooga, TN. As Director of the Southeast and Client Advisor, Kristin counsels and advises high net worth individuals and families on wealth management and financial planning to help them achieve their financial goals. She also advises endowments and foundations on developing an investment policy statement, asset allocation, and portfolio implementation. Additionally, Ms. Bell works with business owners to provide retirement plan solutions for employees. She is also involved with Women@SQ, a unique effort of over 500 members to more deeply engage, educate, and empower our female clients and professionals in our network.
Of her 20+ years in the investment industry, Kristin spent thirteen years as an analyst on the Fixed Income desk at Unum Group. During her tenure there, she covered private placement bonds, investment grade and high yield corporate bonds, and municipal bonds, developing a keen understanding of corporate and municipal risk and financial analysis in a variety of market conditions. In 2015 she joined Southeastern Trust where she improved the firm’s investment strategy, manager selection process, and implemented private equity and other alternative investments opportunistically. She also managed and implemented the firm’s fixed income strategy. Above all, she enjoyed working with clients and helping solve the financial complexities in their lives.
Kristin completed the Chartered Financial Analyst program and received the CFA designation in 2004. She is a member of the CFA Institute, the CFA Society East Tennessee, as well as the Chattanooga Estate Planning Counsel. In November of 2019, Ms. Bell became a Certified Financial Planner. Kristin holds a B.S. in Psychology from Wheaton College, where she was also captain of the Women’s Tennis Team. She has served on a variety of non-profit boards but currently serves on the Board of Directors and Development and Finance Committees of the Children’s Advocacy Center of Hamilton County. She is also a member of the Chattanooga Rotary Club and the Chattanooga Women’s Leadership Initiative (CWLI). In her leisure time, Ms. Bell enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys. She is a CrossFit enthusiast and loves to snow ski.

Associate
Ms. Bhura joined Simon Quick in April of 2019. As an Associate on the Operations team, Shehtaj is responsible for assisting in the reconciliation of client investment statements, client performance report preparation, daily oversight of reporting and operations, and client billing. Ms. Bhura is a member of the Hiring Committee, where she helps to identify and interview new talent for the firm.
Prior to joining Simon Quick, Shehtaj worked for BridgeWater Insurance & Wealth Management Inc. in Toronto, Canada. There she gained experience servicing established clients and assisting with the planning of various aspects of their wealth including investments, insurance, philanthropy, estate and next generation education.
Shehtaj attended Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada where she graduated with a B. Comm. in Finance in the Spring of 2013. While in university, Shehtaj was a Student Ambassador, a mentor for freshman students as part of the Tri-Mentoring program, and the VP of Administration for Ryerson Women in Finance. In her free time, Shehtaj enjoys spending time with her family and friends and participating in local community events.

Analyst Training Program
Mr. Brooks joined Simon Quick Advisors in July 2023 in the Analyst Training Program which aims to provide him with a comprehensive understanding of the organization. As part of the program, Cameron will be actively involved in various departments including client advisory, investments, operations, family office, and marketing.
Prior to joining Simon Quick Advisors full-time, he was an intern in 2022 shadowing client advisors and learning about the firm’s financial planning processes and daily functions. Mr. Brooks also did an internship at River Wealth Advisors in 2021 where he assisted with service requests, modeling, and forecasting.
Cameron graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University in May 2023 and graduated with a B.S. in Finance with a minor in accounting. During his time at Fairleigh Dickinson, he served as a Resident Assistant, volunteered as a coach for the Parsippany Police Athletic League (PAL), and participated in intermural sports. Cameron is currently pursuing his MBA in Finance. In his free time, he enjoys hiking and traveling.
Director
Ms. Brown Joined William E. Simon & Sons (now Simon Quick) in April 1988 as a tax associate. Over the years Ms. Brown went on to service the firm’s high net worth clients in tax, estate planning review and asset reporting. Cheryl also oversees accounting and reporting functions for her clients.
Ms. Brown began her career at KPMG in NYC in 1980 and is a licensed Certified Public accountant (CPA). Cheryl earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut with a major in accounting. In her spare time she enjoys tennis, hiking and backpacking.
Ms. Canavan joined Simon Quick in June of 2015 and is a member of the Investments Team. Paige is responsible for monitoring existing investments both from a quantitative and qualitative perspective across traditional equity, fixed income and alternative strategies. Additionally, she participates in manager due diligence calls and visits on a regular basis. Paige is also responsible for analyzing new investment opportunities. Prior to joining the Investments Team, Paige was an analyst on the Client Advisory team and spent six months in the Simon Quick Analyst Training Program.
Ms. Canavan graduated Cum Laude from Fairfield University in May of 2014 with a B.S. in Finance. She spent her entire junior year studying at The London School of Economics and Political Science in London, UK. She is a CAIA charterholder since 2018 and member of the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association. While at Fairfield, she was the Logistics Chair for St. Jude’ Up ‘til Dawn, a fundraiser for the children’s research hospital.
Finance Associate
Ms. Chen joined Simon Quick in May of 2023 as a Finance Associate on the Family Office Team. She is responsible for assisting the Finance and Operations Teams with the month-end close and financial statements process. Ms. Chen also reconciles investment activity and bank statements. Additionally, she assists in the Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) process for various company entities and prepares quarterly investment valuations and cash projections.
Prior to joining Simon Quick, Ms. Chen worked on the Finance Team at a start-up company that provided catering services to businesses and organizations by partnering with local chefs and restaurants. In this role, she was responsible for AR/AP, reconciling daily cash flows, ad-hoc data projects, and month-end Profit & Loss analyses.
Wendy graduated Seton Hall University with a B.S. in Business Administration, concentrating on Accounting and IT Management. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and laughing with friends and family.
Director
Ms. Chow Young joined Simon Quick in 2023 with over 23 years of experience in wealth management and investing after starting her career in bond reinsurance at FSA. As a Director and Client Advisor, Maritza counsels and advises high net worth individuals and families on wealth management with expertise in investment management, estate planning, life insurance analysis, income and estate tax planning and cash flow management.
Prior to joining Simon Quick, Ms. Chow Young worked for 22 years at KLS Professional Advisors Group (KLS), a $7 Billion Registered Investment Advisor.
Ms. Chow Young earned a B.A. from Trinity College in Hartford CT. At Trinity Ms. Chow Young was involved in community outreach and provided tutoring and college exam preparation to local high school students. She continues to be involved with Trinity and has served on the Alumni board and currently serves on the Women’s Leadership Council and she has a dedicated scholarship in her name. During her free time, Ms. Chow Young enjoys spending time on the North Fork in Long Island with her family.Executive Assistant
Ms. Cohen joined William E. Simon & Sons in January, 2002 as Executive Assistant to Bill Simon, Jr. She is responsible for providing all aspects of administrative support which include: Managing Mr. Simon’s calendar, scheduling meetings, coordinating extensive travel, and handling accounts payable/receivable.
In her spare time, Ms. Cohen is an avid photographer and enjoys nature and the outdoors, attending live performances, and spending quality time with her family and her husband of 36 years.
Client Service Associate
Ms. Coke joined Simon Quick in April 2023 as a Client Service Associate. Her primary responsibilities include supporting the Client Advisory team with client onboardings, execution of documents, helping with client requests, and processing money movements.
Prior to joining Simon Quick, Ms. Coke served as a Financial Representative at Fidelity Investments and Relationship Banker at JP Morgan Chase. While working at Fidelity Investments, Ms. Coke supported four financial advisor teams. In her previous role, she gathered client information, coordinated client meetings, helped with account openings, and executed money movements. Kiarra has gained invaluable experience in the wealth management sector by supporting financial teams and consistently providing high-touch service to clients.
Kiarra graduated with a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Lynn University and is working towards a professional certificate in Project Management. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading, and volunteering in her spare time.
Senior Managing Director
Mr. Conger joined Simon Quick in 2022 and works with the Investment Research Team. Mr. Conger’s almost 50 years of investment experience includes time as a stock research analyst, trader, wealth manager, and investment advisor.
Bill began his career in 1973 at the Equitable Trust Company as a security analyst before moving to Wall Street as a fixed income salesman at Paine Webber. Next, he spent 10 years at Morgan Stanley, trading esoteric securities, and eventually became a Principal in charge of the Un-securitized Mortgage Department. In 1988 Mr. Conger joined JRO Associates to trade bankrupt securities, before moving to E.A. Moos in 1990 where he specialized in bankrupt and distressed tax-exempt securities for 10 years. In 2000 Bill joined RBC Dain Rauscher where he managed family and client portfolios before founding Red Hook Management with his late wife Nancy in 2008.
Bill served in the US Army from 1966-1968 where he served as a Platoon Sergeant during the Vietnam War. Bill received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Maryland in 1973. Mr. Conger’s non-profit work includes time as the Head of the Investment Committee for the Foundation for Morristown Medical Center, Treasurer of the Board at Gill Saint Bernard’s School, President of the Lake End Corporation, and he is currently the Chair of the Board of The Raptor Trust. Bill is the proud father of three adult children and a husband to Kate Conger. When he’s not working, he enjoys traveling, hawk banding, cycling, sprint car, and drag racing.
Analyst
Ms. Cuffy joined Simon Quick in June of 2022 as a member of the Investments Team. Ms. Cuffy works alongside her team to fulfill market research and conduct investment and operational due diligence. She is responsible for a list of active investments across asset types and actively monitors and disseminates performance. Additionally, Ms. Cuffy participates in Investment Committee calls, as well as meetings with potential and existing managers. Elaina is also a member of the firm’s DEI Committee which aims to foster an environment of inclusion and promote diversity in the workplace.
Ms. Cuffy graduated Summa Cum Laude from Drew University in May of 2022 with a Master of Science in Finance Degree and received the 2022 Dean’s Award for academic excellence for being top of her class. Ms. Cuffy also completed her undergraduate degree at Drew, a year early, in 2020 as a double major in Business and Spanish. During her collegiate experience she completed two independent studies on the Bahamian economy, studied abroad in Spain, spent a semester on Wall Street, learned to speak Spanish, and became a member of the Economics (Omicron Delta Epsilon) and Spanish (Sigma Delta Pi- Omicron Gamma) honor societies.
In her free time Ms. Cuffy enjoys hiking, hot yoga, and teaching judo to young kids (she is a black belt).
Human Resources Generalist
Ms. Davino joined Simon Quick in June of 2023 as a Human Resources Generalist. Her responsibilities include payroll, benefits administration, employee engagement, employee relations, and compliance. Ms. Davino is also part of the Employee Experience Committee which aims to continuously improve the overall experience of employees at the firm.
Before joining Simon Quick, Nicolette held a Human Resources Generalist position at Avantik, a medical device company specializing in the Histology/Pathology lab industry. During her tenure there, she honed her expertise in managing the employee life cycle, conducting recruitment processes, and handling various other HR-related responsibilities. Prior to her role at Avantik, Nicolette served as a Human Resources Assistant at Embassy Suites, where she developed a comprehensive understanding of payroll management, employment law, benefits administration, and employee engagement practices.
In 2023, Nicolette became a SHRM Certified Professional. She holds a B.A in Business Management from Montclair State University and previously served as an ambassador for Give Kids the World. During her free time, she finds joy in the company of friends and family, exploring new destinations, and honing her culinary skills.
Associate
Mr. DeLargy joined Simon Quick in April of 2022. He is currently an Associate on the Client Advisory team. He is responsible for supporting the Partners and Client Advisors in financial planning for clients, implementing investment plans, preparing investment performance reports, and coordinating client communications.
Prior to joining the firm, Stephen worked as a Client Service Associate at Stifel Nicolaus & Co. There he worked within the Private Client Group as the primary business development member and worked with ultra-high net worth individuals. He was able to gain experience while dealing with clients daily as he provided relationship management, monitored client portfolios, and proposed new investment opportunities.
Stephen graduated from the University of Delaware in May 2016 with a B.S. in Finance, and then continued his education, earning an MBA from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics in November 2017. While at Delaware, Stephen was the captain of the D-1 lacrosse team and earned CAA All-Rookie team, and CAA All-Academic team honors. Stephen grew up in Morristown, NJ and in his spare time enjoys the beach, golf and playing pick-up basketball.
Managing Partner / Chief Operating Officer
Mr. DeLotto joined Simon Quick in April 2007 and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer, with primary responsibility over the areas of Finance and Operations. He also oversees human resources, legal, compliance, technology and infrastructure and, as a member of the Management Committee, contributes to the firm’s strategic direction, business development and business planning. He also sits on the firms Operating Committee. In early 2013, Mr. DeLotto became an equity partner of Simon Quick.
Mr. DeLotto began his career with Fleet/Quick & Reilly as a Financial Advisor. At the Bank of America Investment Services, he managed and serviced client assets. He earned Series 7, Series 66 and New Jersey Life and Health Insurance Producer Licenses and was selected to partner with a successful team of advisors in 2005.
Prior to joining Simon Quick, Mr. DeLotto supervised, mentored and coached over forty financial advisors and sales assistants as a licensed market principal at Bank of America Investment Services, Inc.
Mr. DeLotto has a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Villanova University School of Business. He is an active member in the Morris/Somerset Chapter of the Villanova Alumni Association and was an active member of The Villanova School of Business and served as a mentor in the Commerce and Finance Counselor program. A graduate of the Delbarton School in Morristown, NJ, he currently serves on the Board of the Alumni Association and is the Co-Chair of the school’s annual fundraising effort. Mark currently sits on the Technology Advisory Board for both Pershing LLC (an affiliate of BNY Mellon) and Fortigent LLC (an affiliate of LPL Financial). Mark sits on the Board of Directors for the ARC of Morris County, an organization dedicated to people affected by intellectual and related developmental disabilities and their families in Morris County.

Mr. Dempsey joined Simon Quick in June of 2023 as an Associate on the Client Advisory team. In this role, he assists in providing high-net-worth clients with investment and financial planning strategies.
Prior to joining Simon Quick, Mr. Dempsey spent nearly 10 years at Deloitte Tax LLP as a CPA working in corporate tax consulting, specializing in bankruptcy restructuring and knowledge management.
Mr. Dempsey graduated from the University of Georgia with a master’s in accountancy and taxation and a B.B.A in Accounting He has held his CPA license since 2014 and became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner in December 2022. In his leisure time, Mr. Dempsey enjoys running, reading, and cooking.
Vice President
Mr. Donovan joined Simon Quick in July 2017. He is currently an associate on the client advisory team. He is responsible for supporting the Partners and Client Advisors in assisting with financial planning for clients, implementing investment plans, preparing investment performance reports and coordinating client communications. Connor completed the Financial Planning Certificate Program at New York University in December 2019 and became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner in July 2020.
Mr. Donovan graduated Cum Laude from Lehigh University in May of 2017 with a B.S. in Finance. At Lehigh, Mr. Donovan was a member of the varsity baseball team including the 2015 Patriot League Championship Team. He served as Team Captain and is just the tenth three-time All-Patriot League Baseball honoree in school history and only the fifth All-Eastern College Athletic Conference honoree in school history. Mr. Donovan also earned All-Academic Patriot League honors and the Lehigh Baseball Scholar Award. Mr. Donovan was active in campus leadership programs and was a member of the College of Business and Economics Leadership Council, Lehigh Baseball Leadership Council, Student-Athlete Mentor and Lehigh Leadership Legacies among others.

Client Service Associate
Ms. Epstein joined Simon Quick in December 2020 and currently serves as a Client Service Associate. Her primary responsibilities include assisting Client Advisors and Analysts with client onboarding, specific client requests, executing investment documents, and money movements for various investment managers. Ms. Epstein sits on Simon Quick's Women@SQ committee. This committee is made up of female Simon Quick employees dedicated to enhancing the personal and professional lives of our female clients and business partners.
Before joining the team, Ms. Epstein served as a branch manager for M&T Bank. There she gained invaluable experience in customer service while working with small business owners and conducting customer onboardings.
Ms. Epstein received her B.A. in International Business and Management from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. While at Dickinson, she played Division III softball and studied abroad in Bologna, Italy. She received the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional™ designation from the College for Financial Planning in August 2022. Jessica enjoys coaching softball for her high school team, skiing, and traveling in her spare time.
Executive Assistant
Ms. Fazendeiro joined Simon Quick (formerly William E. Simon & Sons) in June of 2012 as an Executive Assistant. She is responsible for providing daily administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer and his Accounting team. Her primary responsibilities include calendar management, document and report preparation, project coordination, reconciliation of general ledger accounts, preparation of monthly asset journals, maintenance of account payable and receivable system records. Additionally, Natalie is responsible for general office functions that include attendance record keeping, equipment maintenance, mail services, office supplies procurement and event planning. Natalie is also a member of the Employee Experience Committee which aims to continuously improve the experience employees of the firm have at Simon Quick.
Prior to Simon Quick, Ms. Fazendeiro had extensive experience in Executive Assistant roles supporting senior level executives in both the insurance and financial services industry. She has a secretarial degree from Taylor Business Institute.
In her leisure time, Natalie enjoys spending time with family and friends. She also volunteers her time as a member of The Columbiettes, a Catholic women’s organization affiliated with the Knights of Columbus.
Managing Director / Client Advisor / Principal
Mr. Ferrare joined Simon Quick in 2011 as the fifteenth employee of the firm, and in 2019, he became a Principal. Mr. Ferrare works directly with high-net-worth clients in developing and implementing their investment and financial plans. Mr. Ferrare also works with several of the firm's endowment and foundation clients, regularly attending investment committee and board meetings. He is a member of the firm’s Client Advisory Leadership Team, which executes and leads important initiatives across the client advisory team. Mr. Ferrare is also a member of the Financial Planning Committee which is responsible for identifying financial planning opportunities and disseminating guidance to advisors at the firm. In 2021, Mr. Ferrare relocated to the firm's Denver office to help expand Simon Quick’s presence in the Mountain West.
Prior to joining Simon Quick, Kyle spent five years in the Private Client Advisor Practice at Deloitte Tax LLP. He provided tax advisory services to a variety of private clients including high net worth individuals, investment partnerships, corporate executives, and owners of closely held businesses. Mr. Ferrare graduated from Bryant University where he majored in finance, with a minor in psychology. He completed the Financial Planning Certificate Program at Fairleigh Dickinson University in December 2009 and became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner in November 2010.
Outside of the office, Mr. Ferrare can be found skiing, mountain biking, trail running and exploring the outdoors with friends and family.

Brannon joined Simon Quick in 2019 and established the firm’s office in Denver. He focuses on business development and advising clients.
Prior to joining Simon Quick, Brannon was director of client relations and a registered investment advisor representative for a Denver-based asset management firm. He also had a 15-year career as a college administrator, including a 10-year stint as a development officer at Bowdoin College.
Brannon is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM and holds degrees from Colgate University, CU-Boulder, and Dominican University of California. Brannon is deeply engaged in his community. Mr. Gerdes joined Simon Quick in August of 2022 as an intern. After completing two internships with the firm, he was hired as a full-time Analyst on the Operations team in June of 2023. Jesse’s responsibilities include platform maintenance & support, reconciliation, and client report preparation.
Before joining full-time at Simon Quick, Jesse was a member of the firm’s internship program where he learned about the financial planning and investment research processes. He also gained first-hand knowledge on providing operational support for the Client Advisor, Investment Research, and Operations teams.

Ms. Giardina joined Simon Quick in February 2019, where she brings over 20 years of senior-level Executive Assistant and Office Management experience from the insurance and financial planning industries. As the Executive Assistant to both Peter Simon and Les Quick, Ms. Giardina’s primary responsibilities include providing extensive administrative support inclusive of calendar management, scheduling, expense reporting, travel arrangements, as well as other administrative tasks. Ms. Giardina is a member of the DEI Committee which aims to foster an environment of inclusion and promote diversity in the workplace.
Ms. Giardina is a graduate of York College of Pennsylvania where she earned a B.S. degree in Business Management with a minor in Marketing. In her free time, she enjoys running, hiking, reading, playing pickleball, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Associate
Mr. Ghaly joined Simon Quick in April of 2022 as a senior accountant. Working within the family office team, he performs daily accounting functions on behalf of clients such as bill pay and account reconciliations. Periodically, he prepares client financial statements and proforma reports. He also supports the team with additional duties relating to accounts receivable, tax, and audit work.
Prior to joining Simon Quick, Mr. Ghaly spent a year and a half working as part of a small CPA firm specializing in audit and tax preparation services for condominium and homeowners’ associations. There he developed a strong understanding of general ledger accounting and financial statement preparation as he performed tests to confirm the accuracy of client records, made any necessary adjustments, and wrote notes explaining the financial reports. Previously, following graduation, he worked for three years as a staff accountant within the accounts receivable and operational accounting department at Canon Financial Services.
Mr. Ghaly graduated from Rutgers University with a B.S. in Accounting and later received his CPA license from the State of New Jersey. In his free time, Jeremy enjoys soccer, golf, music, hiking, and spending time with family.
Analyst
Anthony Granata joined Simon Quick in March of 2021 as a temp employee and was hired as a full time Analyst on the Operations team in March of 2022. His responsibilities include reconciliation of client account data, preparation of performance reports, and setting up accounts for billing and reporting purposes. He also assists in quarterly billing assessments and platform support. Mr. Granata is currently a part of the Employee Experience Committee which aims to continuously improve the experience employees of the firm have at Simon Quick.
Prior to Simon Quick, Mr. Granata worked at UBS Financial as a Client Service Representative. His responsibilities included client account maintenance, financial strategizing, and direct assistance to the firm’s client advising team. He learned financial forecasting tactics and built a foundation of client relationships.
In January of 2021 Anthony received his CFA Institute Investment Foundations Certificate. The Investment Foundations Certificate Program centers around essentials in finance, ethics, investment roles, and the global investment industry. Mr. Granata graduated from the University of South Florida with a B.S. in Finance in the Spring of 2019. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, working out, hiking, various sports, and traveling. Anthony sets a goal to visit at least 4 new cities every year.
Client Service Associate
Mr. Haggerty joined Simon Quick in December of 2021. His primary responsibilities include client onboardings, executing investment documents, and processing money movements. Andrew is tasked with tracking the investment process in Simon Quick’s proprietary database, and works with the firm’s reporting provider to ensure that client investments are appropriately recorded. Mr. Haggerty is also responsible for working with the firm’s custodians to open accounts and process transfers.
Prior to joining Simon Quick, Mr. Haggerty worked for Mass Mutual as a financial services professional. In this capacity he gained exposure to the financial planning field servicing high-net-worth clients while working under multiple senior advisors.
Mr. Haggerty graduated from Rowan University with a BS in Finance. While at Rowan he was a VP on the club soccer team. Mr. Haggerty volunteers at the St. Joe’s food pantry, and as a midnight runner providing the homeless in Manhattan with food and clothes. In his spare time, he enjoys playing guitar, snowboarding, and cheering for the New York Mets and Liverpool Football Club.

Mr. Haines started with Simon Quick Advisors in May 2022 as a Family Office Accounting Associate. In this role, he is responsible for reconciling internal accounts, wiring funds, processing payroll and general accounting duties for multiple entities. He also assists with the Family Office tax function.
Prior to joining Simon Quick, Mr. Haines had experience as a Revenue Agent at the IRS and as a financial services auditor in public accounting. As an auditor in alternative investments, he worked on audits of large hedge funds and related entities.
Mr. Haines graduated from Caldwell University with a B.S. in Accounting and Montclair State University with an M.S. in accounting. In his free time, Mr. Haines enjoys photography, music, and spending time with his friends.

Mr. Hipwell joined Simon Quick in March of 2023 as a Vice President on the Client Advisory team. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® practitioner, he works with clients to provide comprehensive financial planning advice to high-net-worth individuals and families.
Prior to joining Simon Quick, Mr. Hipwell spent five years at Thrive Wealth Management, LLC, an independent advisory firm in the greater Philadelphia area. As a Relationship Manager, he supported two Client Advisors to provide comprehensive planning for over 200 high-net-worth households. As one of the first employees at Thrive, Mr. Hipwell also had the opportunity to get involved in other facets of the firm’s growth – from Operations to Marketing, ultimately helping to triple Thrive’s AUM to $1B during his tenure.
Mr. Hipwell graduated from Bucknell University in 2017 with a B.A. in Economics. While at Bucknell, he spent time as a teaching assistant, a research assistant, a Career Development Center intern, and served as the External Vice President of his fraternity, Kappa Delta Rho. Ms. Hung joined Simon Quick in March of 2020 as a Vice President in Family Office Accounting Services. Prior to joining Simon Quick, Mae worked in the Family Office Services department at Untracht Early LLC for 7 ½ years where she managed the outsourced accounting functions and financial statement preparation of high net worth individuals and their families, closely held businesses, private foundations, and hedge fund management companies.
Mae has a BS in Accounting and a MAccy in Financial Accounting from Rutgers University. She is a licensed CPA and a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA). In her leisure time, Mae enjoys crafting, dining out, and spending time with her family and friends.
Vice President / Senior Trader
Mr. Jedziniak has been a member of the Investment team at Simon Quick since January 2023. He is responsible for the firm’s trading activity while managing the trading processes and policies. Mr. Jedziniak is also responsible for developing and maintaining the firm’s custodial relationships.
Previously, Mr. Jedziniak was a member of the Operations team since starting in May 2014, when he joined Simon Quick on a full-time basis. He was responsible for daily trading activity, custodial relationship management, cybersecurity, and compliance. Prior to joining Simon Quick, Mr. Jedziniak worked for a logistics management company. There, he gained exposure to all levels of financial analysis and accounting. In 2017 he successfully completed the Center for Fiduciary Studies Program to earn the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designation.
Mr. Jedziniak graduated from York College of Pennsylvania in the spring of 2012 with a B.S. in Finance and a minor in Economics. While at York College, Mr. Jedziniak helped to found the fraternity Kappa Delta Phi, where he served as Vice President for two years. He also was a Captain for the Relay for Life in 2010 and 2011. Mr. Krishnan started with Simon Quick Advisors in February 2021, following his graduation from Johns Hopkins University. As an analyst on the Investments Team, Taran conducts quantitative and qualitative due diligence on current and potential investments. Taran helps the research team to execute top-down analysis of a variety of asset classes and investments including equities, fixed income, and alternative strategies. He participates in calls with potential and existing managers and monitors the performance of current investments as well as the general market. Additionally, Taran is a member of the Employee Experience Committee which aims to continuously improve the experience employees of the firm have at Simon Quick.
At Johns Hopkins University, Taran received bachelor degrees in International Studies and Economics with a minor in Financial Economics. On campus, Mr. Krishnan was a member of the Marshal L. Salant Investment Team; a student-run investment fund that supported the Johns Hopkins endowment and financial aid fund. Taran was also programming chair of the Milton S. Eisenhower Symposium, an organization that brought notable speakers such as Bernie Sanders, Hasan Minhaj, and Jim Acosta to the Hopkins campus. Mr. Lalor serves as the Head of Financial Planning where he employs his extensive experience to oversee the firm’s financial planning services. His expertise includes tax, retirement, and cash flow planning, as well as executive compensation. He also manages some of the firm’s family relationships, endowments, and foundations. Mr. Lalor sits on the Financial Planning Committee which is responsible for identifying financial planning opportunities and disseminating guidance to advisors at the firm.
Mr. Lalor began his financial services career at The MDE Group, a New Jersey based wealth management firm. There he was involved with many of the firm’s largest corporate executive financial counseling relationships. Prior to entering the financial services industry, he worked for the telecom company, JDS Uniphase, where he was a Development Engineer managing teams responsible for the design and production of new products.
Mr. Lalor earned an MBA with a finance concentration from Rutgers Business School. He graduated with a BS from Rutgers School of Engineering where he majored in Ceramic and Materials Engineering.

Prior to founding KLS in 1989, Mr. Langhaus spent two years as an Investment Banker and Vice President in the Asset Management Group at Shearson Lehman Brothers. Ms. LaVecchia joined Simon Quick in April 2021 to manage the Family Office team. She and her team are responsible for delivering accounting, treasury, tax, and administrative services to our ultra-high-net-worth clients and their families. Passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience, Ms. LaVecchia, and her team work closely with the Client Advisor team to ensure clients achieve their financial goals. Ms. LaVecchia is also responsible for assisting the CFO with the oversight of the firm’s financial operations, including long-range strategic planning, cash flow, budgets, audits, tax, and other financial activities of the firm. In addition to her daily responsibilities, she serves on various task forces and committees of the firm aimed at continual improvement and professional growth. In all aspects of her role, Ms. LaVecchia focuses on implementing and leveraging technologies, creating successful processes, and employing best practices.
Ms. LaVecchia began her career in public accounting, spending eleven years at WilkinGuttenplan working with closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals. During her tenure, she specialized in providing tax compliance, tax planning, financial reporting, audit, assurance, due diligence, and other consulting services. Mr. Levin joined Simon Quick in July 2022 after graduating from Lehigh University in May 2022. Zach is currently a member of the firm’s client advisory team, where he helps prepare financial plans, client communication, and portfolio construction.
Before joining full-time at Simon Quick, Mr. Levin was a member of the firm’s 2021 Summer Intern Class. During his internship, Zach learned about the firm’s financial planning process and completed investment due diligence work for the investment team. Ms. Lifrieri joined Simon Quick (formerly William E. Simon & Sons) in June of 1999 as a Senior Accountant with 18+ years of continuous service at the firm. She is responsible for project administration, financial management, tax compliance and provisioning of multiple business portfolios. Ms. Lifrieri has extensive experience serving on the accounts of high net worth individuals with the utmost care and integrity. Ms. Lifrieri continuously aids senior management in creating multi-generational wealth strategies including diversification of assets and pivoting in response to market shifts and demands. Ms. Lifrieri is also a part of the Women@SQ committee which is dedicated to educating and enhancing the personal and professional lives of women in the Simon Quick network.
Ms. Lifrieri has experience in asset journals, reconciliation, payroll & corporate compliance and procedures. Upon joining the firm in 1999, Ms. Lifrieri assisted senior executive management in the oversight of accounts, market valuation, administrative processes and data assessment which provided organization and structure to the investments, real estate, and special situations groups.
Adelina earned her undergraduate degree in Economics & Finance from Rutgers University in East Brunswick, New Jersey. In her leisure time, she enjoys running and spending time with family.

Mr. Loughry joined Simon Quick in the summer of 2018 following his graduation from St. Bonaventure University. As a Vice President on the Investments Research team, he is responsible for the monitoring of previous investments, as well as quantitative, qualitative, and operational due diligence on a variety of new investment opportunities. AJ frequently participates in meetings and calls with prospective and existing managers. Lastly, Mr. Loughry is a member of the Hiring Committee, where he helps to identify and interview new talent for the firm.
At St. Bonaventure University AJ received bachelor degrees in Finance and Accounting, graduating Summa Cum Laude. During his time at St. Bonaventure, AJ was a manager of SIMM, a student-run investment fund with a portfolio of over $300,000. Mr. Loughry was also involved with two service organizations on campus, Bona Responds and Bona Buddies. Tara Maher joined Simon Quick in 2020 as Director of Legal and Family Office Services. Ms. Maher acts as a proxy/liaison/agent for our ultra-high net worth clients regarding lifestyle matters such as the purchase and sale of artwork, collectibles, general contract negotiations, and various real estate transactions. She also works closely with tax experts and legal counsel to complete a variety of regulatory filings, corporate governance, and financial disclosure reports. She is responsible for transactional, compliance, and operational support, and implements and administers estate planning and wealth management strategies alongside the Client Advisory Team. She collaborates with teams both internally and externally to ensure that transactions and wealth management decisions are made with consideration of the potential legal, tax, estate planning, and generational outcomes. Additionally, Ms. Maher oversees a multi-family real estate portfolio, including strategic development, third-party oversight, and budgeting.
Ms. Maher is part of the Simon Quick Women@SQ Committee, which focuses on enhancing the personal and professional lives of female clients and business partners. Prior to joining Simon Quick Advisors, LLC, Ms. Maher was a senior litigation paralegal in the New York and D.C. offices of O’Melveny & Myers LLP and Chief of Staff for the Legal Department at E*TRADE from Morgan Stanley in Arlington, VA.
Ms. Maher received her Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Virginia and a professional Master Certificate in Commercial Contracts Management from Villanova University. Mr. Mahoney joined Simon Quick in 2018. As a Director on the client advisory team, his focus is on providing investment and financial planning advice to high net worth individuals & families. Mr. Mahoney began his career at Bloomberg LP. Mr. Malik joined Simon Quick in August of 2020. As an Associate on the Operations team, Mohsin’s responsibilities include reconciliation of client investment statements, preparation of client performance reports, daily oversight of reporting and operations, client invoices, and daily trading activity.
Mohsin began his career at Prudential Financial. While at Prudential, Mohsin provided accounting, financial reporting, and recordkeeping support for PGIM’s investment portfolios supporting the various Insurance Companies. Prior to joining Simon Quick, Mohsin worked at SS&C Technologies within the firm’s Private Equity team. He was responsible for preparing financial statements, performance reports, and investor statements for one of the firm’s largest clients.
Mohsin graduated from Rutgers University with a B.S in Accounting and Management Information Systems. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and participating in sports around his community.

Prior to joining Simon Quick, Jordan served as an Analyst for an independent financial advisor at Summit Financial, LLC. There, he learned about financial markets and the importance of a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Mr. Maly graduated from Monmouth University in 2017 with a B.S. in Finance. While at Monmouth University, Jordan was an active member of both Club Soccer and Club Surf. He was also the University’s mascot, Shadow. Jordan held leadership positions at his fraternity, Phi Kappa Psi, including Treasurer. He continues his commitment to the fraternity by sitting on the Alumni Advisory Board to help the next generation of members. Jordan enjoys spending his free time exploring all that Colorado has to offer with his dog, Tex.

Ms. Manzolillo joined Simon Quick in 2018 with over 13 years of experience in wealth management and investing. As a Client Advisor, she works with clients to identify and implement custom-tailored investment management and financial planning strategies designed to help each client achieve their unique financial goals and objectives. Ms. Manzolillo has experience working in all areas of financial planning, including retirement planning, estate planning, tax planning and risk management. Ms. Manzolillo is a member of the Financial Planning Committee which is responsible for identifying financial planning opportunities and disseminating guidance to advisors at the firm. Ms. Manzolillo is also chair of Women@SQ which is dedicated to educating and enhancing the personal and professional lives of women in the Simon Quick network.
Prior to joining Simon Quick, Ms. Manzolillo worked as a financial advisor at Modera Wealth Management, Morgan Stanley and UBS Financial Services where she provided financial planning and investment management services to high net worth individuals and families. Ms. Manzolillo began her career within a variety of roles on Wall Street including positions at Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank.
Ms. Manzolillo graduated summa cum laude from University of Rhode Island with a BS in Accounting and earned an MBA with a finance concentration from Fordham University. Ms. McGrew joined Simon Quick Advisors in May 2022. Ms. McGrew is currently an analyst on the Client Advisory team. She is responsible for supporting the Partners and Client Advisors in assisting with financial planning for clients, implementing investment plans, preparing investment performance reports, and coordinating client communications. In addition, Ms. McGrew is part of Simon Quick Women@SQ Committee. It is dedicated to enhancing the personal and professional lives for female clients and business partners. Ms. McGrew is based in the New York City office.
Prior to joining Simon Quick, Ms. McGrew worked as a client advisor associate at Wilmington Trust in their New York City office. While working there, Ms. McGrew supported four wealth advisors and serviced over 100 clients. In her previous role, Ms. McGrew prepared client presentations, facilitated account openings, executed money movement, performed account maintenance, and updated the pipeline. She gained invaluable experience working with high-net worth individuals, foundations, and endowments.
Ms. McGrew graduated in 2020 from Washington and Lee University with a business administration major degree. While at Washington and Lee, Ms. McGrew was an active member of the fancy dress committee and mock con memorabilia committee. She also tutored at the local elementary school in town. Mr. McMillian joined Simon Quick in March of 2023. He is currently an Analyst and Client Advisor on the Maritza Chow Young Advisory Team. He is responsible for supporting clients in financial planning, implementation of investment strategy, coordinating communications, and preparing investment performance reports.
Before joining the firm, Cameron worked as a financial analyst in Wealth Management for Silicon Valley Bank Private (SVB). In the two years he served SVB, Cameron was able to gain valuable experiences coordinating client relationships, managing investment directives and monitoring client portfolios. Prior to his work at SVB, Cameron worked as a financial analyst in Boston, MA for BNY Mellon Mortgage Operations, the City of Cambridge Financial Department, and Leggat-McCall Properties.
Cameron attended Trinity College in Harford, Connecticut where he majored in Economics and Film. While at Trinity College, Cameron was a member of the Trinity Football Program, the Arts Council as well as the Investment Club. Over her first 10 years with Simon Quick, Jenna was instrumental in helping influence and shape the company’s employee experience all while maintaining her investment responsibilities. In 2019, Jenna became a founding member of the firm’s Operating Committee which is responsible for executing on Simon Quick’s vision and strategy. She is also chair of the Employee Experience Committee and sits on the Hiring Committee, helping to identify and interview new talent for the firm.
Jenna leads the firm’s human capital strategy including professional development, talent management, recruitment, and retention. Additionally, she is integral in change management and strategic opportunity implementation for the firm. Jenna brings a data-centric lens to decision-making around people. Her focus is on leveraging the human capital within the organization to effectively grow and scale the business. Ms. Morr will transition her investment responsibilities over the course of 2023 to ensure successful coverage by other team members.

Mr. Morr joined Simon Quick in 2012 and currently serves as the Head of the Client Advisor Group. In this role, Tom is responsible for managing various aspects of the firm’s client advisory team, which includes Advisors, Associates, Analysts and Client Service Administrators to ensure they are providing the highest level of service to our clients. Tom works closely with all departments to create efficiencies and best practices, including implementing innovative processes and technologies to improve the client experience. As a Client Advisor, Tom works directly with counsels and advises high net worth individuals and families on wealth management and financial planning to help them achieve their financial goals. Additionally, Mr. Morr works with business owners to provide retirement plan solutions for employees.

Ms. O’Brien joined Simon Quick in 2015, bringing with her 7 years of experience in the financial services industry. As Chief Marketing Officer Darcy is responsible for marketing, media relations, website management, event coordination and social media initiatives. Additionally, Darcy is regularly tasked with the creation and management of marketing materials and liaising with relationship managers and partners to produce content for Simon Quick’s audience. Ms. O’Brien began her career at Aspiriant LLC in Los Angeles, CA where she was responsible for placing trades, establishing and maintaining accounts, and training fellow employees. Following Aspiriant, Darcy worked on Simon Quick’s Operations team from 2011-2014 reviewing and reconciling client investments in the portfolio accounting system, and supporting the COO in the areas of finance, operations and compliance. Joe Petrone joined Simon Quick in March of 2021 as a Director of Technology. His primary responsibilities include overseeing the support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and improvement of the firm’s network, IT infrastructure, and company devices. He also manages and educates staff on the implementation of system enhancements and upgrades.
Prior to joining the team, Joe worked as the Deputy Head of IT for Great Bowery, a global creative artist representation agency. There he helped found the global technology team and, with the blessing of their C-suite, brought about sweeping changes to the firm’s technology infrastructure. In his tenure, he managed multi-disciplinary projects ranging from website builds and rollouts to multiple large improvements to the business’s IT security posture.
Mr. Petrone received his BFA in Photography from the School of Visual Arts in New York City. In his free time Joe enjoys video and board games, traveling, and spending time with his wife Michelle and their cat Fiona.

Prior to Dynasty, Mr. Pisano spent 3 years at HSBC in their registered investment advisor and broker dealer Compliance Department. During his tenure he served as Regulation Coordinator for the Investment Advisors Act of 1940, leading Advisory Compliance efforts in the Private Banking, Wealth Management, and Institutional Business lines. Prior to joining HSBC, Mr. Pisano held various roles in Compliance over 7 years with New York Life Insurance Company and began his career in the Branch Examination team where he conducted mock regulatory focus exams, earning his series 7, 24, and 66 licenses. Ms. Puleo joined Simon Quick (formerly William E. Simon and Sons) in June of 2015 as a senior tax accountant. She has extensive experience providing various tax and accounting services, specializing in high-net-worth individuals. She is responsible for the tax preparation, compliance, and planning of individuals and their gift tax returns, corporations, partnerships, trusts and private foundations. Additionally, she provides payroll services, small business support, and preparation of financial statements for her clients. Mr. Quick founded Simon Quick in 2004. He began his career in 1975 as the fourth employee of Quick and Reilly Inc., the first New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) member to offer discount stock brokerage to the investing public. During his 28 years with the firm, he served in many capacities. He was a key member of the management team that built the branch network, started and grew a major clearing firm, acquired and ran a major NASDAQ market making firm, made many acquisitions of NYSE specialist firms and built one of the industry’s first electronic internet trading platforms. Mr. Quick was the company liaison for Quick and Reilly in 1983 when it offered stock to the public and became listed on the NYSE. Mr. Quick completed his tenure as Chairman of Fleet Securities, Inc. in 2003 after Fleet Bank had acquired Quick and Reilly Group, Inc. in 1998. Mr. Quick also sits on the Simon Quick Investment Committee.
Mr. Quick has served on many industry boards and committees, including the NYSE Hearing Board, the Board of Governors of the Chicago Stock Exchange, the Board of Directors of the Securities Industry Association and District Committee #10 of the NASD. Currently, Mr. Quick is Chairman of the board for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Hudson, Essex & Union Counties, he also serves on the boards of the Bishop's Finance Council for the Diocese of Metuchen and the Finance Council for Our Lady of Perpetual Help. He serves on the Investment Committees for the Diocese of Metuchen, St. Mary's Abbey/Delbarton, and the Franciscan Friars of the Holy Name Province. He also served as the Chairman of the Campaign for the Heart at Morristown Memorial Hospital and is a Trustee for the Foundation for Morristown Medical Center. Mr. Quick sits on the Order Friar Minors Finance Committee in Rome, Italy and St. Patrick's Cathedral in New York City. He served on the Board of Trustees for St. Bonaventure University for 25 years and was named a Trustee Emeritus in 2015.
Mr. Quick earned a BBA in Finance from St. Bonaventure University, which awarded him an honorary doctorate degree. He is a recipient of the Ellis Island Medal of Honor and the Flame of Charity's Man of the Year award.

Client Service Associate
Ms. Reale joined Simon Quick in December of 2022 and currently serves as a Client Service Associate. Her primary responsibilities include assisting the Client Advisory team with client onboardings, execution of documents, helping with client requests, and processing money movements.
Prior to joining Simon Quick, Ms. Reale worked for a financial planning firm as a Client Associate. She supported two financial advisors and serviced over 300 clients. In her previous role, she gathered client information, helped with account openings, executed money movements, and responded to all client requests. In this position, she gained valuable experience in the financial planning field by serving clients and assisting other financial advisors while upholding the fiduciary standard.
Ms. Reale graduated with a BBA in International Business and Finance from Stetson University. Here she also had the opportunity to study abroad in Madrid, Spain. Ms. Reale then went on to receive a Master of Science in Global Finance at Fordham University. While in college, Ms. Reale spent time at different Boys & Girls Clubs of America where she helped encourage a positive reading experience to children and accommodate their academic needs. Ms. Reale helped raise money for children that are unable to read and provided them with the resources to learn. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her dog and family, traveling and being outdoors.

Ms. Salerno joined Simon Quick in 2022 as a Client Service Associate. Her primary responsibilities include client onboarding, assisting with client requests, managing documents and subscription agreements, tracking transactions and account-related administrative duties.
Ms. Salerno started her career in the securities industry in 1996 at Gibraltar Securities (now RBC Wealth Management) where she became a Senior Client Associate. There she gained experience serving clients, maintaining documents, troubleshooting account issues, and developing the overall client relationship. She left RBC in 2008 to start Red Hook Management LLC as the VP of Client Relations. In this role Lori provided a high level of client service and demonstrated problem-solving skills as she addressed all account related activities for clients. Lori also reviewed the daily transactions in client accounts, reconciled trades, assisted on compliance matters, and managed QuickBooks for the firm.
Ms. Salerno graduated from Ramapo College of New Jersey in 1995 with a B.A. in Fine Arts. While studying at Ramapo College, Lori was also a tutor for fellow students in the Division of Basic Studies-Academic Skills Center. Lori was Vice President of her sorority, Theta Phi Alpha and is a founding sister of her sorority chapter, Beta Sigma, on the Ramapo College campus. She remains involved with her alma mater and enjoys spending her free time in Cape May, NJ, traveling, baking, exercising, and spending time with family and friends.

Mr. Santoro joined Simon Quick in 2022 and currently serves as a Client Advisor. His expertise includes tax, executive compensation, estate planning and wealth transfer. Prior to Simon Quick, Anthony worked as an attorney, where he concentrated his practice on trust and estate planning and administration, representing owners of closely held businesses and principals of private equity funds. At Simon Quick, Anthony provides clients with holistic oversight and counseling at the intersection of law and finance. Mr. Santoro also sits on the Financial Planning Committee which is responsible for identifying financial planning opportunities and disseminating guidance to advisors at the firm.
Mr. Santoro began his financial services career with Ayco, a Goldman Sachs financial planning focused firm. At Ayco, he supported the growing needs of high-net-worth individuals and their family offices. From there, he served as the Director of Financial Planning for an Upstate NY fee-based planning firm with more than $600M of assets under management. Most recently Anthony served as an Attorney in a Trust and Estates Law Firm and as a Partner and Family Office Director with their affiliated RIA.
Anthony graduated with a BS from SUNY Albany and his Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and Financial Planning Association of Northeastern New York. Anthony is a volunteer with the Flora E. Mr. Peter Simon became a Managing Partner at Simon Quick in 2017. Prior to that, Peter Simon co-founded William E. Simon & Sons, LLC along with his late father, former Treasury Secretary William E. Simon, and his brother, William E. Simon, Jr., in 1988. The firm merged with what is now Simon Quick Advisors. Peter also sits on Simon Quick's Investment Committee and DEI Committee which aims to foster an environment of inclusion and promote diversity in the workplace.
Peter Simon was previously employed by Kidder Peabody in New York City from 1975 – 1988. There, he rose to Managing Director in the Convertible Securities Department. During his time at Kidder Peabody, he was part of the Institutional Equity Trading Department. The department established itself as a leading underwriter and market maker in convertible securities. It also developed one of the first research products focused on convertible securities. Peter Simon earned a B.A. in Psychology from Lafayette College and attended NYU’s Graduate School of Business.
Currently, Mr. Simon is an emeritus member of the Board of Trustees at Lafayette College. At the University of Rochester, he is an emeritus member of the Executive Advisory Committee at The William E. Simon School of Business. He is a former member of the Board of Trustees of the Arnold and Mabel Beckman Foundation. At present, he is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Richard Nixon Foundation, the Foundation for Morristown Medical Center, the New Vernon Cemetery Association Board of Trustees, and is a provisional member of the Charles Hayden Foundation. Throughout his Board experience, he held the Investment Committee Chair position for each of the Boards he served. Peter also serves as a Lector at Christ the King Church in New Vernon.
Past philanthropic commitments include an appointed member of the New Jersey State Board of Education, the Alliance for School Choice Board of Trustees, the Gladney Center Board of Trustees, the National Council for Adoption Board of Trustees, and the Peck School Board of Trustees. He was also a past member of the Covenant House New Jersey Board of Directors.

William E. Simon, Jr. became a partner at Simon Quick in 2017. Previously, Mr. Simon was the co-chairman of William E. Simon & Sons, LLC (WESS). The Firm (WESS), which he co-founded in 1988 with his brother and father, former United States Treasury Secretary, William E. Simon, Sr., built a diverse and significant investment portfolio with holdings in real estate, private equity, and fixed-income securities.
Mr. Simon co-founded a successful municipal bond company in 1990, stemming in part from his previous experience holding senior positions on the municipal securities and foreign exchange desk for Morgan Guaranty Trust Company. Earlier in his career, from 1985 to 1988, Mr. Simon worked in the Southern District of New York as Assistant United States Attorney under then United States Attorney, Rudolph Giuliani.
A 1982 Boston College Law School graduate, Mr. Simon earned his bachelor’s degree at Williams College where he serves today as a Lifetime Emeritus Trustee.
He currently serves as Co-Chairman of the William E. Simon Foundation and the Cynthia L. and William E. Simon, Jr. Foundation. Through these foundations, Mr. Simon helps needy youngsters in urban areas through faith-based efforts. He and his wife, Cindy, established the Sound Body Sound Mind Foundation, providing state-of-the-art athletic equipment, curriculum, and training for Los Angeles area middle and high schools. The program now impacts more than one hundred thousand students per year.
In addition, Mr. Simon serves as Founder and Chairman of the Board for Parish Catalyst as well as the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center Board of Advisors. He is a Trustee on the Boards of St. John's Health Center Foundation in Los Angeles and is also a member on the Board of Directors at Douglas Emmett and Co. and a current member of the Knights of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta and Knight Commander of the Order of St. Gregory.
Mr. Simon is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at both the UCLA School of Law, as well as the Undergraduate Department of Economics in the UCLA College of Letters and Sciences. In 2014, the Gabelli Funds named Mr. Simon as the co-recipient of its Graham & Dodd, Murray, Greenwald Prize for Value Investing. In March of 2014, Mr. Simon was honored by the Pacific Research Institute with the Baroness Thatcher Liberty Award, and he has been the recipient of a number of honorary degrees.
Mr. Simon was the 2002 Republican Gubernatorial nominee in California where he came within five-points of unseating Gray Davis, despite being outspent three to one. In addition, Mr. Simon also served as Chairman of California and Director of Policy and Speech Writing for the Rudy Giuliani 2008 Presidential Campaign Committee.
Vice President
Erin joined Simon Quick in 2022 as a Client Advisor. She works directly with high-net-worth individuals and families providing investment advice and financial planning services to help them achieve their financial goals.
Prior to joining Simon Quick, Erin worked at BNY Mellon Wealth Management where she where she provided financial planning and investment management services to high-net-worth individuals and families in the US and abroad.
Erin graduated from The George Washington University in 2008 with a BS in Economics. She earned her certification in financial planning at NYU School of Professional Studies and became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ in 2017. She serves on the board of the Financial Planning Association of Metro New York chapter where she is currently president and is involved in the membership and pro bono committees. Outside of work, Erin enjoys skiing, cooking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
Administrative Assistant
Ms. Smithson-Rich joined Simon Quick in January of 2023 as an Administrative Assistant, reporting directly to the Director of Legal and Family Office Services. Her primary responsibilities include all aspects of administrative support including digital file maintenance, proofreading, calendar management, notarizing forms, light drafting of template form letters or other documents related to financial transactions and estate planning.
Ms. Smithson-Rich brings with her over 16 years of administrative support and paralegal experience with a specialty in Trusts and Estates. Prior to joining Simon Quick, Ms. Smithson-Rich was a paralegal at Tarter, Krinsky and Drogin in their Manhattan office. Previously, she worked at the law offices of Thomasina Thornton where she served as a paralegal for 3 years providing administrative support and assisting in the preparation of estate planning documents.
Glenda lives in Montclair, NJ and has a grown son whom she is extremely proud of. She volunteers with the Literacy Volunteers of America. She participates every October in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s event in Washington, DC. She is also the Women’s Division district leader in her Buddhist organization. She loves to sing, read, and spend time with friends and family.
Client Service Associate
Mr. Steck joined Simon Quick in November 2020 and currently serves as a Client Service Associate. His primary responsibilities include assisting Client Advisors and Analysts with client onboardings, specific client requests, executing investment documents and money movements for various investment managers, and reconciling investment activity across our proprietary database, various custodians, and our reporting system. Adam is also a member of the Hiring Committee, where he helps to identify and interview new talent for the firm.
Prior to joining Simon Quick, Adam served as a 401(k) Specialist at JFL Total Wealth Management. While working there, he gained invaluable experience working with business owners and executive board members helping them run their corporate retirement plans efficiently, maximizing the value of the plan to the entire company, working with administrators to meet important deadlines throughout the year, and quickly resolving ad hoc situations.
Mr. Steck graduated Cum Laude from Ramapo College of New Jersey in 2017 with a B.A. in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance. While at Ramapo, Adam was an active member of the Student Government Association, Allocations Committee, and the Advisory Council to the Dean of the Anisfield School of Business. Adam also held the leadership position of Vice President in his fraternity, Kappa Sigma. Adam enjoys spending his free time watching Liverpool, golfing, skiing, and playing soccer.

Ms. Sullivan started with Simon Quick in April of 2021. Her role within Simon Quick is Operations Administrator and is responsible for client statements, client billing and delivery of invoices, as well as monitoring and recording all trades that take place within the firm daily. Ms. Sullivan sits on Simon Quick's Women@SQ committee, which focuses on enhancing female clients' and business partners' personal and professional lives.
Previously, Ms. Sullivan worked as a Personal Banker for Bank of America. During her time at Bank of America she built relationships with new and existing clients, providing them with financial products and recommendations that fit their short-term and long-term needs. Ms. Sullivan had various roles in sales, management, and logistics before she came to Simon Quick to be a part of the operations team.
Ms. Sullivan graduated from Mount Saint Mary college with a BA in Business Administration and Management with a concentration in Finance. Outside of work, she enjoys anything health and fitness. She is a certified personal trainer and in her spare time provides nutritional guidance and customized workout plans to people who are interested in living a healthier lifestyle. She enjoys hiking, art galleries and exploring new areas.
Ms. Sullivan joined Simon Quick in March 2015 and currently serves as a Director of Client Service. Prior to joining the team, Ms. Sullivan worked as an Administrative Assistant for Christine Haviaris, CPA. There she gained exposure to finance and accounting while developing extensive experience in administration, superb attention to detail, and superior client service.
Ms. Sullivan received her B.A. in Psychology from Southern Connecticut State University in 2013. She went on to coach Women’s Volleyball at Kean University where she continued her education in Speech Pathology. She received the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional™ designation from the College for Financial Planning in September 2018. Vanessa is a two time published author, sports fanatic, and thoroughly enjoys traveling.

Client Advisory Analyst
Mr. Talmadge joined Simon Quick Advisors as a Client Service Associate in December 2019. His primary responsibilities include assisting with client documentation, custodial tasks, client requests/issues, and communication with third party providers. Adam is also a member of the Employee Experience Committee, which aims to continuously improve the experience employees of the firm have at Simon Quick.

Adam graduated with a BAA and MBA from St. Bonaventure University. At St. Bonaventure, Adam held several management positions for the university’s student investment club (SIMM), where he oversaw a portfolio of over $400,000. Mr. Talmadge was also a student leader in Enactus, a non-profit organization that holds an annual service trip to Freeport, Bahamas. He enjoys playing hockey and volleyball in his spare time.

Mr. Thomas is a Managing Director of Simon Quick, and is involved in the Firm’s new business development efforts. Mr. Thomas joined Simon Quick in 2015. Prior to joining Simon Quick, Mr. Thomas was Senior Managing Director at Forefront Capital, a boutique investment advisory firm focused on creating alternative investment and specialized credit products for high net worth and family office investors. Prior to Forefront, he ran the client development effort at HB Global, a macro hedge fund. Before HB, Mr. Thomas was a Senior Vice President in Lehman Brothers’ Absolute Return Strategies Group, where he was initially responsible for Private Investment Management and Platform Distribution. He later headed all of Lehman’s alternative product sales in the United States. Prior to Lehman, he was at Banc of America Securities, where he ran the Alternative Investments area within BAS’s Private Client Group, and later managed Bank of America’s alternative products distribution business for the Eastern US. Mr. Thomas also sat on the Bank’s Hedge Fund Investment Committee. Before BofA, Mr. Thomas was at Merrill Lynch, where he held various roles in Middle Market Fixed Income Sales and in Merrill’s Alternative Investments Group.
Mr. Thomas began his financial industry career as an analyst in Chemical Bank’s Strategic Planning Group. He graduated from New York University in 1984 with a BA in Political Science and Departmental Honors, and then after Chemical Bank went on to Columbia University’s School of International Affairs where he earned an MIA in International Banking and Finance. Mr. Thomas is a faculty member at the New York Institute of Finance, where he teaches courses in Hedge Funds, Alternative Investments and Portfolio Management. Mr. Thomas is also a Board Member and Vice President of the Hellenic American Bankers Association.
Associate
Mrs. Tiu joined Simon Quick in September of 2022 and is a member of the Family Office team. Her responsibilities include maintaining and reconciling monthly financial records and processing accounts payable and receivable for various entities. She also maintains cash flow projections and annual budgets as well as assists in annual financial audits.
Mrs. Tiu brings a tenured career in financial services starting with Morgan Stanley as a mutual fund accountant and then moving on to accounting and financial leadership roles at Fortress Investment Group, SV Investment Partners, and Geller & Co. Most recently, Michelle was the family accountant for a high-net-worth family, where she managed the accounting for several different entities as well as a foundation.
Mrs. Tiu graduated with honors from Rutgers University with a B.S. in Accounting. She enjoys traveling and exploring new places and cuisines with her husband and three children.
Partner
Mr. Trynin became a Partner at Simon Quick in 2022 when his firm Red Hook Management merged with Simon Quick. He works directly with high-net-worth individuals and families providing investment advice and financial planning services to help them achieve their financial goals. Tom coordinates with his clients’ accountants and attorneys to execute on tax planning and generational wealth transfer strategies.
Mr. Trynin brings with him nearly 40 years of investment experience. He began his career at Morgan Stanley as a Bond Trader. In 1996 he became the President and Chief Executive Officer of PageNet Brasil Ltd. where he ran the company’s first international operation. In 2000, Tom shifted the focus of his career to consulting and real estate investment management, holding positions at Exim Partners Consulting, Millennium Partners, and Alliance Acquisitions. In 2012 Tom joined his longtime friend Bill Conger to help build out Red Hook Management, an independent investment advisory firm serving high net worth individuals for the next 10 years.
Mr. Trynin graduated from Yale University with a BA in Economics and Political Science and went on to earn an MBA from The Wharton School in Entrepreneurial Management and is a Series 65 license holder. Tom is actively engaged in fundraising for his alma maters and enjoys staying in touch with both alumni communities. Mr. Trynin has served as the Co-Chair of Project Morry’s Annual Gala for the past three years. Tom lives in Westfield, NJ with his wife Robin their daughter Sadie and their dog, Wiggle. In his free time, he enjoys staying fit, living a healthy lifestyle and is an avid golfer.
Analyst Training Program
Ms. Urbano joined Simon Quick in July 2023 after graduating from Providence College in May 2022. Grace is currently enrolled in the firm’s Analyst Training Program, which aims to provide her with a comprehensive understanding of the organization. As part of this program, Grace will be actively involved in various departments such as client advisory, investments, operations, family office, and marketing.
Before joining full-time at Simon Quick, Ms. Urbano was a member of the firm’s 2022 Summer Intern Program where she learned about the firm’s financial planning process and assisted the investment team in their diligence processes and daily functions. Grace returned in the fall of 2022 to support the operations team and gained valuable experience in reporting technology.
Ms. Urbano graduated from Providence College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. At Providence College, Ms. Urbano was a part of the Women in Business Club and studied abroad in Barcelona, Spain. In her free time, Ms. Urbano enjoys spending time with friends, traveling, cooking, and is an avid New York Rangers fan.
Vice President
Mr. Velischek joined Simon Quick in July of 2016. As a Vice President on the client advisory team, he provides financial planning advice for high-net-worth individuals and families. Additionally, Mr. Velischek works with a number of endowments and foundations, guiding them on investment policy decisions and investment implementation. Prior to joining the Client Advisory team Mr. Velischek spent six months in the Simon Quick Analyst Training Program.
Mr. Velischek graduated from Bucknell University with a B.S.B.A in Accounting and Financial Management. At Bucknell, he was a computer technician, a Residential Adviser, a Peer Adviser of the Chi Phi Fraternity, and a teaching assistant for Management 101. Mr. Velischek was also an analyst in Bucknell’s Student Managed Investment Fund where he actively managed over $1.5 million of the university endowment. Mr. Velischek completed the Financial Planning Certificate Program at Fairleigh Dickinson University in September 2019 and became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner in December 2019.

Mr. Weitz joined Simon Quick in 2011 and became a Principal in 2019. As a Managing Director and Client Advisor, his focus is on providing holistic investment and financial planning advice to high-net-worth individuals & families. Partner / Chief Investment Officer
Wayne Yi is the Chief Investment Officer and a member of the Simon Quick Investment Committee. He sits on the Operating Committee which is responsible for executing on Simon Quick’s vision and strategy. Mr. Yi is also a member of the firm’s DEI Committee which aims to foster an environment of inclusion and promote diversity in the workplace. He leads the firm effort on all market research and manager diligence across traditional equity and fixed income strategies as well as in alternatives, including hedge funds and private equity allocations. Prior to joining the firm, Wayne was a Co-Portfolio Manager and member of the Investment Committee for SAIL Advisors, a hedge fund investment firm headquartered in Hong Kong. He also served as the senior analyst for their Credit and Event-Driven strategies. Prior to SAIL, Wayne was the Sector Head for Credit and Event-Driven strategies at Robeco-Sage, a hedge fund investment firm based in New York. Wayne started his career in investing at Delaware Investments as a Research Analyst for high yield and investment grade bonds across various industries. He then joined Goldman Sachs’ Investment Research department where he was the Senior Analyst covering high yield bonds in the Technology sector. Wayne is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania where he received a B.A. in Economics and in International Relations. Wayne is a CFA charterholder.

During Breanna’s leisure time, she enjoys spending time in the outdoors with family, friends, and her Border Collie Mila.
