Human Resources Generalist

Ms. Davino joined Simon Quick in June of 2023 as a Human Resources Generalist. Her responsibilities include payroll, benefits administration, employee engagement, employee relations, and compliance. Ms. Davino is also part of the Employee Experience Committee which aims to continuously improve the overall experience of employees at the firm. 

Before joining Simon Quick, Nicolette held a Human Resources Generalist position at Avantik, a medical device company specializing in the Histology/Pathology lab industry. During her tenure there, she honed her expertise in managing the employee life cycle, conducting recruitment processes, and handling various other HR-related responsibilities. Prior to her role at Avantik, Nicolette served as a Human Resources Assistant at Embassy Suites, where she developed a comprehensive understanding of payroll management, employment law, benefits administration, and employee engagement practices.

In 2023, Nicolette became a SHRM Certified Professional. She holds a B.A in Business Management from Montclair State University and previously served as an ambassador for Give Kids the World. During her free time, she finds joy in the company of friends and family, exploring new destinations, and honing her culinary skills.

Managing Director / Head of People / Principal

Ms. Morr joined Simon Quick in 2013 and became a Principal of the firm in 2019. Jenna started her career on the Investments side of the business before recognizing a passion and skillset for talent management. Today, Jenna is in the role of Head of People. Jenna is a member of Simon Quick’s Executive Committee which serves as the principle governing body responsible for key aspects of the firm’s vision, mission, strategy, and operations. She is also chair of the Employee Experience Committee, Hiring Committee, and the DEI Committee. 

Jenna leads the firm’s human capital strategy with responsibilities including leadership development, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, organizational culture, employee relations and communication, learning & development, HR technology and analytics, and employee well-being. Additionally, she is integral in change management and strategic opportunity implementation for the firm. Jenna brings a data-centric lens to decision-making around people. Her focus is on leveraging the human capital within the organization to effectively grow and scale the business.

Prior to joining full-time, Jenna interned for Simon Quick in the summer of 2012. Jenna became a CFA® Charterholder in 2017 and is a member of the CFA Institute. Jenna graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in May of 2013 with a B.S in Mathematics and a Minor in Economics. Jenna is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Human Capital Management at Columbia University with an expected graduation date in the summer of 2024.

Ms. Wolf joined Simon Quick in July 2024 and is currently an Analyst in the Analyst Training Program, gaining an understanding of the organization’s functions and departments.

In the summer of 2023, she interned at Simon Quick, where she learned about investment research processes and financial planning. Kristin also assisted the Client Service team to prepare portfolio analytics and presentation materials for client and prospect meetings and attended client calls to discuss market outlook and portfolio performance.  

Kristin graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in Finance in May 2024. While at the University of Delaware, she was a member of the Division 1 Women’s Soccer team and received CAA All-Academic honors. Kristin also served as an elected member of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee for three years. Additionally, she studied abroad in Florence, Italy, during the Winter session of her senior year. In Kristin’s free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, spending time with friends and family, and staying active by playing soccer and running.
