Head of People/ Principal

Ms. Morr joined Simon Quick in 2013 on the Investments team and transitioned the role as Head of People in 2023. Over her first 10 years with Simon Quick, Jenna was instrumental in helping influence and shape the company’s employee experience all while maintaining her investment responsibilities. In 2019, Jenna became a founding member of the firm’s Operating Committee which is responsible for executing on Simon Quick’s vision and strategy. She is also chair of the Employee Experience Committee and sits on the Hiring Committee. 

Jenna leads the firm’s human capital strategy including professional development, talent management, recruitment, and retention. Additionally, she is integral in change management and strategic opportunity implementation for the firm. Jenna brings a data-centric lens to decision-making around people. Her focus is on leveraging the human capital within the organization to effectively grow and scale the business. Ms. Morr will transition her investment responsibilities over the course of 2023 to ensure successful coverage by other team members.

Prior to joining full-time, Jenna interned for Simon Quick in the summer of 2012. Jenna became a CFA® Charterholder in 2017 and is a member of the CFA Institute. Jenna graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in May of 2013 with a B.S in Mathematics and a Minor in Economics. Jenna is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Human Capital Management at Columbia University with an expected graduation date in the summer of 2024.

Vice President

Ms. Rawlins joined Simon Quick in September of 2018 and oversees our internal Human Resources department. Her primary responsibilities include hiring and recruiting, payroll management and employee benefit administration. Lynese works closely with the Chief Operating Officer, advising on human resources issues and is the point person for all employees on HR related matters.

Ms. Rawlins manages Simon Quick’s Internship and Analyst Training Programs, ensuring the quality of our employee’s experience in those programs. She is the Chair of the firm’s Diversity Equity & Inclusion Committee, Co-Chair of the Hiring Committee and sits on the firm’s Employee Experience Committee.

Prior to joining Simon Quick, Ms. Rawlins served as a retail manager. Lynese is an alum of Montclair State University where she earned a B.A. in Political Science minoring in Pre-Law and Criminal Justice. She is also an alum of Rutgers University where she earned her M.A. in Public Administration. Lynese is a proud member Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority. She is a member of the Advisory Council for Glamour Gals Foundation, Inc. and the Community Engagement and Career Advisory Board at Rutgers University – Newark.

In her spare time, she maintains an active role in her sorority, volunteers, enjoys reading, fashion and spending time with her family and friends.
