From expanding our firm and welcoming new teams to deepening long-standing relationships and celebrating important milestones, 2025 was defined by meaningful progress. A Year of Growth
This year marked another exciting chapter for Simon Quick, as we continued to expand our reach and enhance our client experience.
Firm Growth
With our dedication to personalized advice and long-term family relationships, we strengthened our national footprint and deepened our client partnerships. We now support 685 households, with $10.6 billion in Assets under Advisement and $8.4 billion in Assets under Management.*
We’re especially proud of our 1:27 advisor-to-client ratio, which empowers us to provide the customized, high-touch service our clients deserve.

Strategic Expansion
This year, we expanded our reach through several meaningful additions. We welcomed Proquility Private Wealth Partners, strengthening their team with the resources, support, and tools to further enhance the service they deliver to their clients. We also expanded into Texas with a new advisory team in Dallas, bringing experience in business exit planning, along with strong local market knowledge and a shared commitment to thoughtful, high-touch advice in a dynamic and growing region.
We also welcomed Benjamin F. Renzo, Esq., as Managing Director and Head of Family Office. With more than 25 years of experience in estate planning and wealth structuring, Ben brings valuable experience that elevates our Family Office offering.
The Launch of WealthMetrx™: Turning Data into Meaningful Insight
This year, we introduced WealthMetrx™, our proprietary tax-benchmarking service designed to provide clients with clearer insight into their tax efficiency and planning outcomes relative to comparable households. Client & Community Connections
Building and deepening relationships remains central to everything we do. This year, our team hosted and participated in a range of memorable events across the country.
15th Annual Charitable Golf Outing
This year’s Annual Charitable Golf Outing brought our community together in support of Working in Support of Education (W!se), and raised over $70,000 to support financial literacy programs for students across the U.S. Since the inception of our annual golf outing, we’ve raised over $930,000 for causes that strengthen our communities.
CSA Volunteer Time Off (VTO) Day
As part of our firmwide Volunteer Time Off program, our Client Service Associates spent a day supporting preservation efforts at the Frelinghuysen Arboretum. The team also participated in a second VTO day with Table of Hope, helping pack food for families in need.

Verizon 5K & Community Activities
Our team was proud to participate in the 2025 Verizon 5K alongside a variety of charitable initiatives throughout the year. From fundraising events to hands-on volunteer efforts, these moments reflect our shared commitment to giving back and supporting causes that matter to our clients, colleagues, and local communities.
