Pranjal Shah

Pranjal Shah has 20+ years of experience in advising executive leadership teams spanning the globe from Fortune 50 companies to small and mid-sized companies. Through her corporate, board, and start-up experiences, Pranjal determined that leadership team dynamics were highly correlated with success. As a result, she launched Katalyst Advisors to support individuals and companies with their leadership challenges.

Previously, Pranjal founded, Jupiter, a start-up that simplified family travel by offering on-site delivery and pick-up of baby equipment rentals and everyday essentials. Prior to founding Jupiter, Pranjal Shah was a Senior Director at Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) where she also served on the Board of Directors for the Women’s Leadership Connection. She built and led multiple cross-functional teams across a variety of industries including retail, media, technology, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, and government. Ultimately, Pranjal leveraged her experience as an advisor to her clients and built a global market intelligence organization to support client delivery teams with research and analysis. Pranjal’s professional background also includes roles in the CEO’s office at NIKE and as a Senior Consultant at Accenture.

Pranjal serves on the Board of the ALS Network and is Co-Chair of Jazz at Lincoln Center’s Rhythm Club. In addition to her work with the ALS Network and Jazz at Lincoln Center, Pranjal has spent considerable time supporting underserved communities and organizations domestically and internationally, including Burmese refugees, South African girls, and Costa Rican farming communities. Pranjal earned her MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and has a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Social Welfare from the University of California, Berkeley. Pranjal resides in New York City with her husband and two children.
