Vanessa Sullivan joined Simon Quick in 2015 as Simon Quick’s inaugural Client Service Associate. Today she is a Director and Head of Client Services, leveraging her exceptional leadership skills to manage a best-in-class team. Vanessa oversees all facets of the firm’s Client Service team, ensuring the delivery of high-touch client service. Collaborating closely with other departments, she spearheads initiatives to enhance efficiency and implement innovative processes and technologies to elevate the client experience.

Vanessa is instrumental in driving the firm’s growth initiatives while maintaining a steadfast commitment to exceptional service and client satisfaction. As a member of the Client Advisor Leadership Team, she advocates for employees, provides guidance, and fosters a positive work environment for personal and professional growth, all while upholding the firm’s Core Values. Through effective management and leadership, Vanessa prioritizes client service excellence, refines processes, and fosters collaboration to nurture enduring client and employee relationships. Vanessa is passionate about inspiring and leading the team in alignment with the firm’s mission and values.

Ms. Sullivan holds a B.A. in Psychology from Southern Connecticut State University and is a Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional™. Outside of work, she is a published author, sports fanatic, and avid traveler.
