Vanessa M. Sullivan, FPQP®

Ms. Sullivan joined Simon Quick in 2015 as the firm’s inaugural Client Service Associate. Today, she serves as Director and Head of Client Service and is a member of the firm’s Client Advisor Leadership Team (CALT), where she plays a key role in shaping the strategy and operations of Simon Quick’s largest department.

As Head of Client Service, Ms. Sullivan leads a team dedicated to ensuring every client receives proactive, personalized support throughout their relationship with the firm. Her team serves as the primary point of contact, coordinating across departments to deliver seamless service and anticipate client needs. She is responsible for building the systems, processes, and team culture that enable Simon Quick to provide a high-touch experience at scale.

As a member of CALT, Ms. Sullivan works alongside firm leadership to enhance the client experience, improve operational efficiency, and support the professional development of the Client Advisory Team. She is committed to fostering a collaborative environment where team members are empowered to grow and deliver exceptional service in alignment with the firm’s Core Values. In addition to being a member of CALT, Ms. Sullivan sits on the Tax, Risk, Salesforce, and Fraud Committees, contributing to cross-functional initiatives that strengthen the firm’s oversight, infrastructure, and client protection efforts.

Since joining Simon Quick, Ms. Sullivan has been instrumental in building the Client Service function from the ground up, establishing the infrastructure and team that supports the firm’s growth while maintaining its commitment to personalized client relationships. In December 2024, she was honored to receive Simon Quick’s inaugural Culture Award for Collaboration and Teamwork.

Ms. Sullivan holds a B.A. in Psychology from Southern Connecticut State University and is a Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional®. Outside of work, she is a published author, sports fanatic, and avid traveler.
