Thomas P. Morr, CFP®
Biography
Thomas Morr joined Simon Quick in 2012 and currently serves as a Managing Partner. He brings deep expertise to his leadership role, overseeing the firm’s Client Team to ensure the delivery of exceptional service to clients. Working closely with all departments, he leads initiatives to improve operational efficiency and implement innovative technologies that enhance the client experience.
As a Client Advisor, Tom provides strategic guidance to high-net-worth individuals, families, endowments, and foundations, helping them navigate wealth management, financial planning, and investment strategies tailored to their unique goals. He also serves on the firm’s Executive Committee, playing a key role in executing Simon Quick’s vision and long-term strategy.
Tom is deeply committed to leadership development and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. His focus on mentorship and professional growth empowers team members to reach their full potential and cultivates a collaborative environment where innovation thrives. His credentials reflect his commitment to professional excellence. He completed Bryant University’s Program for Financial Planners and earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation in 2016. Tom holds a B.A. in History with a minor in Business from Siena College, where he was a standout goalie on the school’s nationally ranked lacrosse team.
He remains actively engaged with his alma mater, serving on the Siena College Board of Trustees, where he is a member of both the Investment Committee and the Athletic Committee. He also serves on the school’s Board of Advisors and the Siena Lacrosse Alumni Network (SLAN), helping current student-athletes connect with alumni and prepare for life after college.
