Michael T. Oliveri

Mr. Oliveri is a Senior Managing Director who joined Simon Quick Advisors (formerly William E. Simon & Sons) in 1988. In this role, Michael partners closely with Family Office clients to help them define their family’s vision and long-term goals. Mr. Oliveri collaborates with advisory teams to develop customized family missions and strategic plans, serving as a trusted sounding board to assess opportunities, manage risks, and support thoughtful decision-making. He also plays a key role in facilitating family meetings, coordinating with external advisors, and supporting philanthropic initiatives—ensuring every family’s unique values and priorities are reflected across generations.

Previously, Mr. Oliveri served as Chief Financial Officer of Simon Quick until early 2025. In this role, he was responsible for managing the Firm’s daily operations and overseeing the accounting, treasury, audit, and tax functions across both the Firm and its Family Office clients. He led the integration of business and financial operations to maximize efficiency, including areas such as cash flow planning and philanthropic administration. As a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, Mr. Oliveri contributed to the execution of Simon Quick’s long-term vision and strategic initiatives.

Mr. Oliveri has 39 years of experience in the industry and has served various positions during his 36 years at the Firm. He has been a Tax Accountant for the Family Office, Controller and Vice President of various distressed debt and private equity funds, member of the Investment Committee for the family and CFO of the firm.

Philanthropically, Mr. Oliveri has served as Assistant Treasurer of the William E. Simon Foundation, where he was responsible for all accounting and tax functions and was a member of the Investment Committee. He has also served as a director for both the Sound Body Sound Mind Foundation and Parish Catalyst. Mr. Oliveri earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Villanova University in 1986. In his free time, Michael enjoys spending quality time with his family in Mendham, New Jersey.
