Community Impact

Giving back is integral to who we are. Through the Simon Quick Cares program, we actively invest in the communities where we live and work, empowering employees to volunteer, support local organizations, and drive impactful change.

Community Service Day

Each summer, we dedicate time to local nonprofits in need. Our most recent community service days included putting on a field day at Cornerstone Family Program’s Neighborhood House and performing clean-up and maintenance duties at the Bonnie Brae School. 

Annual Charitable Golf Outing

Since 2011, the firm has hosted an annual charitable golf outing with all proceeds going to a selected organization. In recent years, our recipients have included, nourish.NJ, Dress for Success of Northern NJ, and Harlem Lacrosse. As of 2024, we have raised over $850,000 for charitable organizations.

Financial Support

At Simon Quick, we proudly support the organizations our clients and employees care about most. We strive to make a meaningful impact by contributing to initiatives that strengthen our communities.

Scholarship Program

We strive to build bridges with underserved populations in the Morristown area. Since 2021, Simon Quick has offered the Emerging Leaders in Business and Finance Scholarship to a graduating senior from Morristown High School.

Volunteer Time Off

Employees are encouraged to participate in non-company sponsored volunteer activities through paid volunteer time off. Employees may take off up to eight hours per calendar year to volunteer for an organization in need.

Women@SQ is a committee at Simon Quick dedicated to empowering women in their personal and professional lives through education, engagement, and connection.

Education

We’re committed to empowering women and boosting financial literacy through our Financial Mentorship Program — a client-exclusive offering that covers a broad range of topics, such as budgeting, investing, and financial planning.
