Olivia Caldora

Olivia joined Simon Quick in April 2026 as an Analyst on the Finance team. In her role, she assists with the monthly financial close process, client billing operations, and reconciliations, with a focus on maintaining accuracy and efficiency across processes.

Prior to joining the firm, Olivia worked as a Staff Accountant at IPG Health (now Omnicom), where she supported financial reporting, reconciliations, audit support, and month-end close activities. She also worked at the New Jersey Society of CPAs supporting accounting operations, reconciliation, vendor analysis, and audit preparation.

Olivia earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Kean University. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active and spending time with family and friends.
